Basic support included in the VSwank services, offers for support help if you are experiencing any kind of difficulty with our services.

• The Contents, information, pictures, videos or any other descriptions on our websites/app are protected excellently by the copyrights laws. While going through the information from our site VSwank.com, you agree not to sell any of our info to the third person without our permission. You agree with our updated information provided on VSwank.com.

• If you’ll buy our VSwank Services, you must accomplish it under your account for the entire set of services that you wish to purchase. Services are delivered to you under terms and conditions of this Terms and Services, and VSwank services policy.

• The Terms of Services do not produce or entail any type of partnership, or joint venture between VSwank and you.

Customer’s Obligations

Customer shall:

• pay VSwank all fees and charges payable including without limitation, Hire Fees, Service Fees, Delivery Costs, Recurring Cost, Collection Costs and Consumables.

• use Equipment only for the purpose for which it is manufactured or designed and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions,

• not sell, rent, charge, pledge or part with possession of Equipment;

• keep Equipment at the address specified unless written permission has been obtained from VSwank to relocate Equipment

• keep Equipment in a careful and proper manner and not interfere or tamper with or let anyone else do so;

• return Equipment in the same packaging as delivery was made in. VSwank reserves the right to charge for packaging materials that are not returned.

• permit VSwank its agents or servants to enter the premises where Equipment is located at all reasonable times in order to inspect Equipment or carry out repairs to Equipment.

• abide by all the rules/regulations furnished by authorized body of respective states/city.

• not use other’s advertisement on their privately owned displays/ software/ hardware/ services.

• not share the displays hardware/software/services and seek the written permission from VSwank.

Maintenance

• VSwank shall at its expense provide routine maintenance and recalibration for Equipment and shall use its best endeavors to expeditiously repair or replace Equipment which becomes defective during the Rental Period through no fault of the Customer.

• Customer has to renew the hardware/software/services insurance annually and VSwank all liabilities are limited to the usage of VSwank services and maximum 1 year from the date of hardware installation or renewal.

• VSwank will have all rights to withdraw all the warranties and services if any of the services or hardware found tempered without VSwank written permission.

• In the event that the Equipment does not operate properly Customer shall immediately notify VSwank and request instructions before taking remedial action.

• VSwank may at its option and for such length of time as it deems expedient replace Equipment with another of such type or model as shall for the time being be available and Equipment so substituted shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

VSwank shall not be liable if the defect is a result of:

• Improper use;

• operation of Equipment other than in accordance with the operating manual;

• modification of Equipment;

• use of Equipment in an environment other than that for which it was designed;

• use of Equipment by a person other than Customer;

• Customer's failure to allow maintenance of Equipment;

• The serial number or labels being removed or replaced.

Warranty

• VSwank warrants that each item of Equipment hired/bought is of merchantable quality and reasonably fit for the purpose for which it was designed. All other warranties whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions are excluded.

• Breaching the mentioned Terms and Conditions may lead to termination of the services without notice & refund.
